Corrections
When we get a fact wrong we change it and say so. Every material correction is listed here, newest first, and repeated at the foot of the article it belongs to with the date it was made.
A correction is a change to what an article says happened — a number, a name, a date, a claim. Rewriting a sentence for clarity is not a correction and is not listed, because logging those would bury the ones that matter.

Added the RNID Subtitle It (May 2023) figure of 97% and named the survey; an earlier version cited the nine-in-ten figure without dating either survey.
